Desert Radiology is seeking a skilled patient-focused Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Summary:
The Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease or injury. Ensures technical quality of images and assists the Imaging Facility Manager in the coordination of patient care and workflow activities of the specific modality.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

  • Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) recognized by the American Heart Association
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) registry (or must be registry-eligible and obtain registry within one year of employment)
  • Ability to start and maintain an IV
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine technology principles and procedures

Rate of pay range for this position is $40.00-$55.00 per hour.
