Desert Radiology is seeking a skilled, patient-focused Nuclear Medicine Technologist
.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist | Desert Radiology | C Rock | Full Time | Tuesday-Friday, 4-10 hr. shifts per week,  | 16298

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease or injury. Performs nuclear medicine procedures as prescribed by a physician. Follows established techniques and methods in operating equipment and processing images. Ensures technical quality of images and exercises judgment in processing assigned workload.

• Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) recognized by the American Heart Association
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) registry (or must be registry-eligible and obtain registry within one year of employment in technologist position)
• Ability to start and maintain an IV
• Knowledge of nuclear medicine technology principles and procedures, normally acquired through completion of approved nuclear medicine technology training program

The hourly range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00 per hour.
