ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Perform CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
- Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures and address patient concerns.
- Produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required by departmental procedures.
- Perform duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for detecting pathology.
- Regulate the equipment used to expose the x‑ray film, develop and document PACS imaging.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain Simon Med standards while performing call‑type procedures.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and facility staff.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Registration as a Certified Radiologic and Computerized Tomography Technologist by the State.
- Registration as an RT and CT Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
- Valid hands‑on CPR certification.
This position may require lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs, sitting for prolonged periods, frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIREBusiness casual or scrubs, depending on department.
