Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
BCBA Requirements:
- Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors.
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and energetic.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have current basic first aid and CPR.
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week.
