Overview
CAREER OPPORTUNITY This LATERAL opportunity is designed for certified peace officers who have prior service experience, and have passed probation, with a law enforcement agency in the performance of duties directly related to Category III Peace Officer standards. Service time must be within five years immediately preceding application with the City of Las Vegas.
Starting Pay (up to 7 years of experience): Step 1 (one year of experience) $60,077 annual;
Step 7 (seven years of experience) $76,016 annual;
Step 13 (top pay) n/a $94,334 annual.
