The Slot Auditor is responsible for performing detailed audits of slot machine revenue, fills, jackpots, system reports, and related gaming documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations and company policies. The Slot Auditor helps safeguard casino assets by ensuring integrity in slot operations and accounting processes.

• Review slot machine activity including fills, jackpots, hand pays, and meter readings.
• Verify slot system-generated reports against physical documentation.
• Reconcile variances and discrepancies between slot data, cage transactions, and accounting records.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits in accordance with NGCB Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
• Prepare and maintain accurate audit worksheets, logs, and summaries.

• Ensure all slot-related paperwork complies with internal controls and state gaming regulations.
• Maintain organized audit files for internal review and regulatory inspections.
• Report audit findings, irregularities, or potential compliance issues to management promptly.

• Use slot management systems (ex: Aristocrat Oasis) to review machine activity and revenue.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for accounting.
• Support slot analytics and reporting initiatives as needed.

• Communicate with Cage, Slots, and Accounting teams to resolve transaction questions.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all gaming and financial records.

• Experience in casino accounting, slot audit, or similar gaming operations.
• Familiarity with NGCB MICS and Title 31 requirements.
• Previous experience with slot management systems.
