COACH is looking for a capital-savvy, growth-minded CFO to help fund, govern, and accelerate our next phase of global growth. This isn’t a traditional “back office CFO” role — it’s a hands‑on, high‑authority leadership seat with real influence across the business.

COACH is scaling globally and need a CFO who can:

• Ensure we always have the capital to grow
• Protect profitability while scaling
• Create financing optionality (debt first, equity selectively)
• Be a decisive economic partner to the CEO/Board/Exec Team
• Build a finance engine that gives fast, confident visibility across a global, multi‑entity network

• Raise and structure capital
• Govern budgets, investment pacing, and runway visibility
• Present monthly to the Board and quarterly to investors

• Drive pricing integrity, collections, and ROI accountability
• Strengthen renewal and commercial economics (partnering with Legal/Operations — not doing contracts)

• Automate and reduce manual finance reliance
• Implement AI‑assisted reporting/forecasting
• Create a unified performance reporting framework across global entities/territories
• Build systems and cadence that make financial performance visible, actionable, and hard to ignore

We operate a 90‑Day Economic Rule:

• Initiatives get 90 days to perform
• If it works → we accelerate
• If it doesn’t → we pause/stop spend

• Base salary: $150,000 with performance‑based bonus tied to:
