As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial strategy and operational decision‑making. In this role, you’ll analyze financial performance, develop ad‑hoc reporting, and provide insights that help drive business decisions across the property. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to identify trends, manage performance metrics, and support revenue and expense planning.

• Proactively learns the business across functional areas to better understand operational and financial results, and partners with property teams in action planning on insights, tracking of progress and achievement of goals
• Contributes to financial management of properties by providing reports, insights and recommendations
• Creates ad‑hoc reporting, analyzes and make recommendations regarding analysis to Senior Financial Planning & Analysis team members
• Collaborates with Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in identifying and executing on analysis opportunities, and in data and analytics innovation
• May assist in forecasting revenues and expenses for Company budget through analysis of business operations and trends

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ Years of prior relevant experience required
