Finance Customer Services Representative

Dedicated finance professional responsible for delivering exceptional client support, processing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounts, policies, and financial services.

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding financial products, accounts, and services
• Process transactions, including payments, transfers, policy updates, and account changes
• Explain financial products such as life insurance, retirement plans, annuities, or investment accounts
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and financial systems
• Resolve billing discrepancies and account issues in a timely manner
• Assist clients with claims, policy servicing, and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with state and federal financial regulations
• Support financial advisors or agents with administrative and client follow-up tasks
• Identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

• Strong knowledge of financial services, insurance, or banking products
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Life and Health Insurance License (if applicable)
