Position: Financial Advisor (Closer)

Overview

Right now, you spend half your week prospecting for leads that don't show, the other half buried in paperwork and plan production — and whatever's left, you're actually doing the thing you're great at: converting clients. What if a firm removed everything except the last part?

  • Base Compensation: Tailored to your needs. Money won't be the reason it's not a fit.
  • Core Compensation: A percentage of the revenue you generate (day/dollar one).
  • Realistic first-year earnings: $185,000-$295,000+

This isn't a traditional advisor seat where you juggle prospecting, planning, servicing, and compliance all d and Julie Bauman built this role to do one thing: keep a proven closer in front of qualified retirees and pre-retirees, helping as many people as possible, while specialists handle everything else.

Who This Is For (And Who It's Not)

You're a closer. Not a relationship-builder-who-also-prospects-and-also-plans-and-also-does-paperwork. A closer. You've converted qualified prospects into clients in financial services, real estate, timeshare, B2B, or another high-trust sales environment — and you have the track record to prove it. You're decisive, confident without being pushy, and allergic to failure.

This is NOT for advisors who want to coast or hide - there's nowhere to hide here. We're not for those who need motivational speeches or who blame tools or circumstances for outcomes longer than a day or two. We're not for advisors who need 6-12 months to ramp up—we just don't have the time/capacity to teach an advisor how to sell and gather assets here.

Required
  • Proven closing track record (financial services or adjacent high-performance field)
  • Active Nevada Life & Health insurance license (or the ability to obtain quickly)
  • Strong presentation and rapport-building skills with retiree/pre-retiree audiences
  • Ability to work in the office in Las Vegas (Summerlin HQ/Henderson Satellite)
  • Nice to Have (not required):
    Experience with retirement planning conversations (rollovers, income planning, Social Security optimization)
