The ideal Advisor to join Capstone Partners Financial will have a drive to deliver personalized wealth management solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Are you an ambitious human who wants to reach their potential, isn't afraid of hearing NO? and wants to think outside of the box? You should be comfortable reaching out to people in an effort to network and market themselves;

your career goal is to grow a book a clientele, ones that you own.

• Provide financial planning support to individuals, small business owners, friends, family, people.
• Cultivate client relationships, proactive and growth mode
• Prepare financial plans, risk management collaboration with wealth management portfolio construction.
• Getting properly licensed with L&H, SIE, S66 and S7 within 3-6 months.
• Attending Mentorship, Training and Joint work with Senior Ambassadors and Advisors to further your understanding and knowledge of products and construction of portfolios.

• Must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada, OR Lehi, Utah, OR Southern California area
• 3+ years of financial or customer outbound sales industry experience
• Strong understanding of how to connect with people
• Excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented
