About the Role

As an Enrolled Agent, you will play a crucial role in representing clients before the IRS, preparing tax returns, and developing customized tax resolution strategies. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients regain financial stability and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

+ Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals

+ Prepare and review individual and business tax returns

+ Develop and implement tax resolution strategies, including Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatements

+ Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain their options clearly

+ Stay current on IRS regulations, federal tax law updates, and relevant state tax requirements

+ Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate case progress

Must-Have Qualifications

+ Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential

+ Experience communicating directly with the IRS on behalf of clients

+ Strong background in preparing individual and business tax returns

+ Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills

+

Experience with tax resolution software (Pit Bull Tax , Canopy, etc.)

+ Bilingual (Spanish/English)

+ Familiarity with Nevada state tax issues
