What You’ll DoGlobal Product & Technology Leadership
Serve as the primary Commercial Finance Partner for the CPO and CTO, offering strategic financial mentorship to drive innovation and improve technology investments.
Lead deployment, evaluation, and governance of high-impact investment cases, ensuring strict capital allocation to improve returns.
Align Product & Technology roadmaps with business unit objectives, collaborating with the CFO, SVP Group Finance, and BU CFOs to connect innovation with market execution.
Develop and present long-range financial forecasts to build strategy and innovation priorities.
Lead all aspects of financial performance, risk, and growth opportunities, advising on enterprise investment decisions.
Build global Design & Development (D&D) efficiency through investment frameworks that prioritize value and performance optimization.
Negotiate complex creative talent contracts, aligning incentives with business performance.
Lead finance aspects of M&A and transformation initiatives, ensuring rigor and integration in the field for long-term value creation.
Direct enterprise transformation programs across geographies, establishing governance, metrics, and cadence for measurable impact.
Build and scale a high-performing finance team with the capabilities to influence Product & Technology decisions.
Transition finance from a siloed, business-unit model to a globally coordinated approach using standardized tools, metrics, and frameworks.
Ensure consistent application of product development and technology accounting principles, partnering with the SVP Finance – Controllership to strengthen financial integrity.
Institutionalize objectives and key results, portfolio governance, and prioritization models to deliver strategic outcomes.

Partner with the Finance Leadership Team to strengthen enterprise-wide finance capabilities and transformation.
15+ years of senior leadership experience in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
10+ years of executive-level finance experience in large-scale, global organizations.
Advanced qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Business.
Proven track record of implementing robust financial systems and processes.
Proven success as a senior finance leader in complex global environments.
Strong understanding of government, regulatory, commercial, and industrial dynamics across international markets.
