We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our Las Vegas team. If you excel in tax advocacy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to speak with you.

As an Enrolled Agent, you will play a crucial role in representing clients before the IRS, preparing tax returns, and developing customized tax resolution strategies. You ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients regain financial stability and peace of mind.

• Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Develop and implement tax resolution strategies, including Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatements
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain their options clearly
• Stay current on IRS regulations, federal tax law updates, and relevant state tax requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate case progress

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
• Experience communicating directly with the IRS on behalf of clients
• Strong background in preparing individual and business tax returns
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively

• Experience with tax resolution software (Pit Bull Tax , Canopy, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Familiarity with Nevada state tax issues

This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr. Health and dental options. PTO and sick pay.

This is a fully onsite position in Las Vegas, NV.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 30, 2026.
