Finance & Banking Associate, Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in investment banking or private equity, and experience in commercial real estate is highly valued. The successful candidate will bring a strong commitment to client service, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for business development and networking.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the origination and execution of corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market activities.

- Coordinate and manage communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Support all phases of deal processes, such as financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and closing.

- Develop and refine complex financial models for valuation, investment scenarios, and financing strategies.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts at the entry level on financial projections and modeling.

- Create and deliver transaction-related presentations and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with clients, legal teams, accountants, and other stakeholders to facilitate investment banking projects. Requirements

- A minimum of 2-3+ years of detail-oriented experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including valuation and investment scenarios.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

- Demonstrated ability to perform credit analysis and underwriting.

- CPA, CFA or MBA credentials are highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.

- Proven ability to thrive in high-performance, results-oriented environments.

- A passion for business development and building effective networks.
