**** THE JOB:
** The Treasury Analyst supports Corporate Treasury by executing and maintaining essential cash management and banking operations in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and control of cash activity while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations and financial risk management.
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Execute daily cash management activities, including wire transfers
* Audit daily work for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
* Oversee bank account activities, including website entitlements, account signatories, and bank account database maintenance
* Research and resolve complex inquiries from internal and external business partners in a timely manner
* Support compliance-related inquiries from banking partners
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash transactions
* Monitor bank fees and recommend cost-saving strategies
* Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting
* Collaborate with members of the Corporate Treasury team as needed
* Promote continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and process execution
* Participate in the development, design, measurement, and execution of assigned projects
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Bachelor’s degree required
* 1+ year of prior relevant experience
* Exceptionally detail-oriented with a consistent track record of producing accurate, complete, and high-quality work
* Able to apply sound judgment and critical thinking beyond standard instructions
* Adapts well in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe software, including spreadsheet creation, formulas, and formatting
* Familiarity with ERP platforms and banking systems preferred
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
