- Build relationships with customers via multiple channels including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing account information.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
- Initiate proactive outreach and follow‑up, asking questions Kud to learn clients’ financial needs and channel preferences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
- Proactively educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products to assist with meeting their financial needs.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve our clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
Requirement:
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically a minimum of three to four years of job‑related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills. stems
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customers’ needs both reactively and proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50.
