JobThe Finance Senior Analyst, Planning & Analysis plays a key role in supporting the Corporate FP&A team through insightful analysis, reporting, and financial storytelling. Reporting directly to the Manager of Planning & Analysis, this role partners closely with corporate and property leaders to understand operational and financial performance, identify opportunities, and help drive informed business decisions.
Day-to-day- Partner with corporate and property leaders to understand financial and operational results
- Identify, execute, and support analytical opportunities in collaboration with FP&A leadership
- Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations that support financial management at the property level
- Create ad-hoc analyses and present findings to senior FP&A stakeholders
- Support data and analytics innovation initiatives
- Partner with property teams on action planning, progress tracking, and goal achievement
- Assist with revenue and expense forecasting through analysis of trends and business operations
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations for senior and executive leadership
- Proactively build knowledge of the business across multiple functional areas
- Coach and support other Analysts in their development and day-to-day work
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in a resort or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and Power Point
- Experience working with financial, database, and analytical systems
- Able to clearly communicate insights in both written and verbal formats
- Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential with an interest in mentoring others
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
