Key Responsibilities- Provide up‑the‑minute tax advice to clients on complex sales and use tax issues.
- Work in a highly collaborative culture, listening to and sharing information with colleagues.
- Analyze evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.
- Identify potential opportunities and risks and communicate to clients.
- Research current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Develop clear, intelligent plans to improve clients’ tax activities.
- Research clients’ business operations and build relationships to tailor advice.
- Supervise motivated team, ensuring they reach full potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- Professional knowledge in a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts and tools.
- Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Strong influencing skills and confidence to question existing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- Achieved or partially achieved CPA qualification, or certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CMI designation, or ability to sit for a state bar.

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary ranging from $81,700 to $135,000 in the U.S., and higher ranges for certain metro areas. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a range of paid time off.
