We’re hiring a Financial Planner with strong technical skill, sound judgment, and a real desire to do excellent work for clients. This is not a junior role and not a sales seat. This is a planning-first position inside a serious firm.

Arista Wealth Management is seeking a planning-focused Financial Planner to work with high-quality client households in a trusted, high-standard environment. This role emphasizes planning work over sales and requires on-site presence in Las Vegas.

• Manage and support relationships for a book of high-quality client households
• Build, refine, and implement comprehensive financial plans
• Participate in client meetings and lead planning conversations
• Coordinate with investments, operations, and compliance teams
• Identify planning opportunities around tax, retirement, estate, and risk
• Maintain rigorous fiduciary and regulatory standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes
• Planners who care deeply about doing great work

• ~5+ years of financial planning experience (RIA preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong client communication and planning judgment
• Proficiency with eMoney, Right Capital, Orion, Redtail, Excel, or similar tools
• High personal standards, strong work ethic, and emotional discipline
• Must be based in Las Vegas and work on-site
