The PENTA Building Group is searching for a Senior Analyst, Finance and Treasury to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
The Senior Analyst, Finance and Treasury facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting, assists with bank structure management and risk management activities, and supports the organization by providing financial reporting and analysis to support key decisions.
Responsibilities- Facilitate daily treasury operations and cash reporting.
- Assist with bank structure management and funding strategies.
- Perform financial planning and forecasting, including cash forecasting.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances.
- Manage short-term liquidity and operate with ERP and BI tools.
- Develop financial models and scenarios for strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Ensure reporting systems are accurate, reconciled, and complete.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ad‑hoc analyses.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and oversee bank account administration.
- Track and manage debt portfolio and investment opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with loan covenants.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required.
- MBA or advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Four to six years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Certifications (CPA, FPAC, CFA, CTP) a plus but not required.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency with financial modeling and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Knowledge of finance and treasury principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, solutions‑based approach, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience with monitoring work for quality and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
- Exempt position, no overtime eligibility.
- Periodic travel may be required.
- Physical requirements:
sit for 5‑8 hours, stand/walk for 1‑4 hours; lift 15 lbs occasionally; must access offices and job sites.
