Electronic Services Officer

Overview

Electronic Services Officer – responsible for processing and auditing all electronic, card, and wire transfer services for Silver State Schools Credit Union in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Provides support to front‑line staff and maintains compliance with all credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

• Process all ACH files, including stop payments, originations, and exception handling.
• Handle all check processing tasks: deposit, return, adjustments, and fraud prevention.
• Manage all card services: dispute resolution, adjustments, settlements, posting files, and reconciliations.
• Process all wire transfer files – online, administrative, recall requests, and investigations.
• Process external payments file, real‑time payments (RTP) and Fed Now files, and resolve disputes.
• Assist branches with the instant issue program, add card records, and troubleshoot errors.
• Generate dormant account letters and respond to member and employee inquiries.
• Work cooperatively with all departments to ensure all member requests are fully satisfied.
• Complete various reports and projects as required.

• Associate degree in business, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related experience in electronic payments, card services, or the financial institution industry.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), National Check Professional (NCP), and Accredited Risk Payments Risk Profession (ARPR) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
