Trust Administrative Officer

Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd‑party search firm recruiting for this position on behalf of a boutique trust company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role is on‑site only.

The Confidential Trust Company is an innovative, fast‑growing, well‑funded boutique firm serving ultra‑high net worth families. We are looking for dynamic, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Base pay range
: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper administration of all trust accounts.
  • Review governing instruments and prepare trust analysis as part of the initial trust review process.
  • Participate in the vetting and onboarding of new clients.
  • Serve as an in‑house resource for trust administration questions.
  • Create, review, and approve discretionary distribution requests.
  • Summarize clients’ estate planning documents into easy‑to‑understand terms.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their estate plans.
  • Help develop and implement trust administration policies and procedures.
  • Represent the Confidential Trust Company at relevant conferences nationwide.
  • Provide client and partner‑focused service with responsiveness, professionalism, and tact.
  • Conduct periodic account and document reviews to identify possible client needs.
  • Manage relationships with internal business partners.
  • Responsible for reporting, including assets under administration and investment monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA, CFP, or CTFA preferred.
  • Experience with Accutrust, Addepar, or other trust‑accounting software a plus.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in personal trust administration.
  • Knowledge of income, estate, and gift taxes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated individual able to pair and contribute to a strong team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be discreet and reliable, able to handle and protect highly confidential financial and personal information, internally and externally.
