Overview
Position Overview: The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations. This position partners closely with leadership to monitor cash flow, improve financial processes, and provide insights that drive business success.
Job Title: Controller
Location: Las Vegas, IL (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Pay Range: $120K-$150K

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Cash management, fixed assets, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements to management
- Manage and monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) schedule, ensuring accuracy at month-end
- Develop, track, and report on monthly and annual operating budgets
- Strengthen internal controls to support financial infrastructure and safeguard company assets
- Oversee cash flow, billing, and collections to maintain strong working capital
- Prepare and file all federal, state, and regulatory reports accurately and on time
- Support senior leadership with financial analysis and special projects as needed
- At least three years of experience as a Financial Controller
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
