Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, for a Director of Casino Sales specializing in Tribal & Commercial Gaming. The role involves driving sales growth, overseeing sales operations, and building strong relationships with tribal and commercial gaming clients. Key responsibilities include leading strategic business development initiatives, managing customer relationships, fostering partnerships, mentoring sales teams, and driving successful execution of gaming-related sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Expertise in Customer Service and relationship management to build and maintain trust with diverse client bases, including tribal and commercial gaming stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with tribal and commercial gaming regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, and willingness to travel as necessary for business development and client engagement.
