THE JOB:

Step into the action at Dolby Live as a Supervisor of Events, supporting one of the most iconic entertainment venues in the world. This hourly, part-time, on-call role is responsible for overseeing our front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable guest experiences. From leading staff and supporting event execution to upholding MGM Resorts' world-class service standards, you'll play a key role in bringing our shows to life.

Whether it's greeting guests with a warm welcome or delivering seamless VIP experiences, you'll help turn great events into WOW moments!

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Supervise the Guest Services Desk, providing leadership and guidance to staff and vendors

* Provide leadership support in the Manager's absence, to include leading pre-event briefings with staff, performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed

* Monitor staff and vendor interactions with guests during events to ensure exceptional service

* Review and recommend operational policies and procedures to improve department efficiency

* Complete pre- and post-event reports, ensuring all equipment is properly checked out, utilized, and checked back in

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Must be 21 years of age or older

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

* One (1) year of customer service experience, preferably within an entertainment facility

* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
