Job – Content Ops Manager / Content Programming Manager, Interactive
Location: Las Vegas (Hybrid; ~2 days onsite, flexible around events and shoots)
Job Summary
As a Content Programming Manager, Interactive, you will lead the programming strategy and day-to-day operations for Interactive content. You will design and manage the lineup of live and recorded programming across studios, on-property activations, and remote shoots.
This role owns the programming roadmap and content calendar, manages talent and show formats, and coordinates cross-functional partners across Interactive, Brand/Marketing, Casino Marketing, Hotel Operations, Production Tech, and external agencies. The goal is to deliver cohesive, high-impact live and social programming that grows audience, deepens engagement, and supports key business and marketing campaigns.
- Own the programming roadmap and weekly content calendar for Interactive live streams, studio shows, and digital series.
- Define show formats, run-of-show, segment structures, and production requirements for recurring and special-event programming.
- Maintain programming and publishing plans across key platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitch, and owned channels.
Production & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day content operations for studios, on-property activations, and remote productions in partnership with Production Tech, Property, and Interactive teams.
- Serve as creative director for key shows and tentpole events, guiding projects from pre-production through post-production.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Facilities to ensure studios, sets, and locations are production-ready.
Talent & Partnerships
- Manage outreach, booking, and scheduling for streamers, influencers, VIP guests, internal hosts, and third-party partners.
- Partner with Interactive, Brand/Marketing, Casino Marketing, Hotel Operations, and external agencies to align programming with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with casino and property stakeholders to align programming with rated player experiences, ensuring deal points and entitlements are executed consistently.
Content Delivery & Performance
- Align on content deliverables including hero content, cutdowns, thumbnails, behind-the-scenes assets, and sizzle reels.
- Ensure timely delivery of content for digital, social, and paid media distribution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as views, watch time, retention, engagement, CTR, and conversion.
- Apply insights to continuously refine programming formats, scheduling, and distribution strategies.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all programming adheres to brand guidelines, responsible gaming standards, legal and clearance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage talent releases, approvals, and internal workflows.
Additional Responsibilities

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, film/TV, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in content programming, digital media, live production, or social/streaming channel management.
- Proven experience managing content calendars, talent bookings, and cross-functional production workflows.
- Familiarity with live streaming, studio production environments, and digital-first content formats.
- Experience working with marketing, brand, social media teams, and/or external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to programming decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
