** Job Description****:
**** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Responsible or all funds in the vault for the shift and all transactions processed through the vault
* Responsible for staging the bank deposit prior to daily pickup by armored service
* Responsible for balancing funds in the vault at the beginning and end of shift
* Responsible for all funds in the vault drawer and safe
* Balance all transactions processed in the vault and accounting for all markers at the beginning and end of shift
* Verifying transfer of funds from soft count to the vault
* Strap/unstrap and seal/unseal bags
* Daily communication with the Service Supervisor in the issuing of additional funds as needed per shift under the guidance of the Controller

** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of large cash handling or vault experience required
* A strong mathematical aptitude, fast paced, shift-work environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel and other software and systems
* Must have a valid driver’s license
* Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check
* Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends; flexible availability is a must
* Must be able to stand for long periods and move about frequently during working hours including standing, lifting bending, twisting, pushing and pulling
* Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
*** The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a closed windowless environment with video surveillance present
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
* Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends; flexible availability is a must

** Base Pay Range****:**$/hr
* This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
