The Slot Attendant is responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on machines, as well as minor repairs. A Slot Attendant walks the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.

• Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests, enhancing their slot entertainment experience through celebration of wins and building players’ perception of luck.
• Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each interaction throughout the shift.
• Develops customer loyalty by delivering unparalleled guest interactions as directed by company trained initiatives.
• Clearly communicates the functionality of Slot Floor operations.
• Responds to the right customers in the right order for service requests, including slot dispatch, slot candle lights, radio, and customers while meeting or exceeding department service standards; verifies and countersigns hand-paid jackpots.
• Resolves guest complaints through Service Recovery with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Exhibits professional appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and phone etiquette.
• Shows courteous, friendly, outgoing personality.
• Demonstrates good organization and communication skills.
• Maintains accuracy and diligence while working in a loud, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

• One-year previous slot floor-person experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to mentally add, subtract, and multiply large amounts of money at a rapid and accurate pace.
• Possesses ability to understand and comply with company and departmental directives, policies and procedures.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Gaming License, NV.

• Requires some standing and walking throughout the entire shift (typically 7 hours).
• Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke and maintain pace during peak business demands.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. or more at any given time and comply with all physical and mental requirements (lift, pull, push, carry up to 100 pounds; bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist).
• Must be able to tolerate stressful situations and frequent interruptions, maintain accurate counts, and verify banks when necessary.
• Must be able to manage and solve any concerns and questions customers may have; should speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Must maintain tolerance to high noise levels, bright lights, dust, and secondhand smoke.
