Summerlin Luxury - Floor Staff

Regal Summerlin Luxury 5 - Floor Staff - $14.50/hour (At least 18 yr old)

Join Regal as a Floor Staff member and help create an exceptional experience for our guests. Your role could involve working in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, depending on theatre needs and your availability.

• Box Office
  • Operate POS system and handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and tickets accurately.
  • Upsell and suggest Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX).
  • Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
  • Ensure tickets are sold per MPAA rating and company policy.
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests consistently with Regal’s guest‑service philosophy.
• Concession
  • Operate POS system and manage cash & inventory.
  • Promote Regal Crown Club program.
  • Prepare and clean all concession equipment.
  • Upsell and provide suggestive selling.
  • Comply with food‑safety laws and break policies.
  • Maintain alcohol certification if applicable.
  • Complete required training (e.g., sexual harassment, discrimination).
• Usher
  • Tear off tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, inspect bags if needed.
  • Manage crowd control and help guests locate seats.
  • Enforce MPAA rating system.
  • Inspect auditorium performance quality and watch for theft.
  • Report issues to management.
  • Perform concession sales within auditoriums.
  • Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby areas after shows.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications are grouped below; a basic set is required but additional skills are a plus.

• Completion of Regal cast certification program or progress toward completion.
• Relevant experience as a cashier or booth operator is preferred.

• Good public speaking and listening skills; able to respond clearly and directly.

• Accurate calculations at speed; correct errors quickly.

• Identify problems, analyze data, evaluate options, and take decisive action under pressure.

• Excellent communication with customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time, and meet goals.

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger/handle items, reach with arms.
• Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Require close, distance, peripheral, depth vision; adjust focus.
