AV Technician, Electronics Technician
Total Show Technology is seeking motivated individuals who want to start and grow a career in the audiovisual industry.
Our technicians prepare, deliver, install, and support the audiovisual equipment used at trade shows, corporate meetings, conventions, and nightlife venues across Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology but who may not yet have formal AV experience. We provide structured on-the-job training and technical learning opportunities with pay increases tied to skill development.
Because Las Vegas events run around the clock, technicians often have opportunities to earn additional income through overtime during busy event periods.
Training & AdvancementTotal Show Technology invests in the growth of our employees.
Technicians receive hands-on training and technical instruction designed to build real industry skills. As employees complete training milestones and develop technical expertise, they become eligible for increased responsibilities and pay increases.
Many of our experienced technicians and managers began in entry-level roles and advanced based on demonstrated skill, reliability, and initiative. Employees who take ownership of their work and continue developing their technical skills have clear opportunities to grow within the company.
CompensationStarting at $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience
