In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, utilizing your analytical skills to assess project requirements, provide accurate cost estimates, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Physical Requirements:
Has the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequent standing and walking during site visits and inspections. Ability to climb ladders and access elevated areas for site evaluations. Capacity to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 pounds. Adequate visual acuity to read blueprints, plans, and detailed documents. Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions during site assessments.
Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and tools. Capacity to work in environments that may be noisy or dusty. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on job sites.
