Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, implement, and maintain simulations that align with our clients' training goals. Process Improvement:
Continually assess and improve modeling and simulation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, incorporating new methods or technologies as appropriate 8+ Years experience in Air Operations and/or Exercise planning, with an emphasis on multi-domain mission execution & management Bachelor Science in computer or systems engineering, software development, or related discipline (In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 8 years applicable work experience)
Experience with multi-domain scenario development, friendly (US and Coalition) and enemy Order of Battle, and ingestion/digitization of scenarios into simulation systems. Knowledge of industry and DoD LVC environments, including key enablers for networked, and distributed training
Experience with High Level Architecture (HLA) and/or Distributed Interactive Simulations Protocol Data Unit (DIS PDU) protocols and functionality
-Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, and/or Python.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work, and the ability to flex to rapidly changing information and requirements Familiarity with networking concepts, architectures, and protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP Bachelor of Science required.
Master's degree desired. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. Current Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain access to Special Access Required (SAR) Programs and Special Technical Operations (STO) required. U.S. Citizenship is required.
