We invite you to continue to build your Water career global team of industry leaders is looking for success-oriented Project Engineers to work on a wide variety of projects across the industry.
As a Project Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high-impact water and wastewater projects. Your work will directly support the success of our clients and communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
- Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications with precision and creativity.
- Accumulate and analyze data, presenting findings in professional reports, memos, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Lead portions of design work and help ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables that meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist with permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track and aligned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- Previous experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water-focused projects
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
- Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the results
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $134,000 depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
