In this position...
This is a position for a Hardware Program Manager. You will be part of an engineering team working on next generation modules for vehicles. You will be responsible for coordinating technical cross‑functional teams throughout the design and development life cycle. The successful candidate work closely with a design team to create schedules, develop new hardware, work with manufacturing partners to build and test prototypes, and report progress to executives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's of Engineering or related field of study
- 2- 4 years of experience in Electronics and Program management
- Master's of science in engineering
- Knowledge of hardware program management

This position is a salary grade 7.

ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...
- Develop and manage prototype allocations for the overall project team across hardware, software, etc.
- Manage logistics of prototype builds (material readiness, BOM reviews, Test Software, etc.).
- Manage BOM structure, part numbers, ECN’s, and other
- Work closely with other teams such as Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing teams, and with external component suppliers
- Create and manage updates of the overall project schedules
- Generate status reports and present regular updates to senior leadership
- Drive Core Development Leads meetings, tracking progress and issues
- Facilitate project communication and issue resolution across executive and cross‑functional teams
- Defect management and tracking, driving for root cause and resolution of manufacturing issues
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
