Terracon’s Desert Southwest Region is seeking a Senior Environmental SI/REM Engineer to join our Team! Our offices located in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada have a diverse client base in both public and private sectors working with commercial, industrial, government, property development, and institutional market entities.

You will work closely with the Operational Managers throughout the Desert Southwest and others in the region to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and meets our client’s expectations. You will collaborate with others throughout the region to prepare winning proposals for projects involving standard site investigation, high‑resolution site characterization, and remediation opportunities. You will coach and mentor SI/REM staff on quality data generation and reporting and drive consistent excellence.

You will also get the opportunity to work with the offices and regional leadership team to grow a team, develop an Operations Plan and a business development strategy for your group to grow the practice.
