Tele World Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Data Center Field Technician I to support fast‑paced, high‑impact network infrastructure projects.

We’re looking for technicians who thrive in fast‑paced environments, can travel extensively, and have the mechanical know‑how and professionalism to support some of the nation’s top network infrastructure projects.

• Provide basic support to a multi‑functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport, and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi‑technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.
• On‑site field support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Install, integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
• Install, commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer’s and Samsung specifications.
• Support troubleshooting of all T‑1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology.
• Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G network deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting 5G network equipment and technologies.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communications, and RF principles.
• Familiarity with testing tools and equipment used in telecommunications (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites as required.
