Tele World Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Data Center Field Technician II.

• Provide basic support to multi‑functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi‑technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.
• On‑site field support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Install, integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
• Install, commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer’s and Samsung specifications.
• Support troubleshooting of all T‑1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology.
• Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G network deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting 5G network equipment and technologies.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communications, and RF principles.
• Familiarity with testing tools and equipment used in telecommunications (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites as required.
