Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer III participates in the design of Bluberi cabinets, creates mechanical drawings and provides technical documentation for Bluberi products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in and occasionally lead the development of new cabinets.
  • Design and model complex mechanical parts and assemblies.
  • Ensure mechanical components meet qualification specifications.
  • Resolve complex mechanical problems.
  • Participate in mechanical brainstorming meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Review, approve and provide guidance on updating documentation for mechanical products.
  • Mentor other team members and serve as a subject‑matter expert for the team.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical and economically feasible solutions.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Required Skills and Experience
  • University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent or relevant experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Solid Works and/or other 3D modeling software.
  • 5+ years of experience working in mechanical engineering.
  • Expertise in gaming industry certification requirements related to mechanical design.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coach and mentor.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize technical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
Assets
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently.
Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to touch and handle objects, tools or controls.
  • Specific visual abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Depending on the position, may have to travel locally, nationally or internationally.
Employment at Will

Employment at Bluberi is on an at‑will basis unless otherwise stated in a written individual employment agreement signed by Bluberi’s CEO.
