Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and Orlando, Florida with a technical support center in Southeast Asia and East Africa. PMG provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract with the proposal submission due on January 20, 2026. Project duration: one year plus two option years.

• Review and interpret construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform constructability reviews and assess impacts on hospital operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders; provide recommendations to the COR.
• Conduct inspections for quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Provide guidance on design modifications, value engineering, and long‑lead items.
• Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary personnel as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Must be a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 10 years of combined design and construction experience in active medical facilities.
• Experience with VA Design Manuals, Specifications, and TIL.
• Knowledge of construction contract documents, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to supervise and manage personnel across disciplines.
