• Lead mechanical design efforts using Solid Works 3D, focusing on sheet metal and casting components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop prototypes and support production ramp‑up.
• Drive VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) and cost‑reduction initiatives across product lines.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes and contribute to strategic sourcing decisions.
• Provide engineering support for supply‑chain operations, including BOM validation and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in design and manufacturing.

• Proficient in Solid Works 3D CAD and mechanical design principles.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal and casting design.
• Proven experience in supply‑chain management and vendor development.
• Expertise in cost‑reduction strategies, VAVE, and prototype‑to‑production support.
• Good understanding of supply‑chain engineering and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project‑management skills.
