Job Type: Subcontract Role

We’re seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of multiple subcontracts within a large EPC project. This role focuses on administering existing contracts to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and proactive management of change.

This position is site-based in North Las Vegas and involves daily coordination with the project team and subcontractor personnel—including engineers, staff, and craft supervision. You will also be expected to conduct regular site walks to verify reported progress, build relationships, and help drive successful project outcomes.

• Administer multiple subcontracts from award through closeout, including managing change orders, payments, and performance.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to all contract requirements, safety regulations, reporting standards, and quality expectations.
• Lead and participate in subcontractor meetings, as well as meetings with project teams and, when required, client representatives.
• Report progress, risks, and issues clearly to project leadership and client teams.
• Manage EPC contract language, change management, dispute resolution, and reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate subcontract-related risks.
• Support communication and collaboration across project stakeholders.

• Must be in satisfactory physical condition to work onsite and conduct regular field walks.
• Adherence to site rules, regulations, and drug screening policies is required.
• Standard work schedule is 5x10s (Monday–Friday, 10-hour days) with regular overtime and occasional additional hours as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems required.
• Other project responsibilities may be assigned by project leadership as needed.
