As the Field Services Manager, you will provide leadership to the field engineering team and manage onsite support, ensuring validation of construction processes and equipment, driving corrective action, and coordinating the build-out of the EVO lab and test space.

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of field service engineers across multiple locations or regions.
• Create and review departmental procedures (MOP).
• Meet with GC and subcontractors, go through all plans and verify build from the owner’s perspective.
• Assist construction CM/PMs with specific hardware design and integration installs.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely completion of installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Act as a technical escalation SME for complex construction issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety in all field operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop field staff to maintain high technical competence and professional development.
• Conduct performance reviews as required by company policy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new technologies and systems in the field.

• 4+ years’ experience in Superintendent or Journeyman level construction roles.
• Previous experience with Pro Core and Project Management Software.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CAD modeling software (Solid Works, AutoCAD) a plus.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal, interpersonal communication skills; ability to express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively with personnel associated with the data center environment.
• Ability to analyze and make suggestions for problem resolution; the ability to solve problems with good initiative and sound judgment and make decisions independently with minimal guidance.
• Must have an understanding of safety requirements related to the construction field.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to lead with confidence.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand schematics related to data center support equipment.
• Must have excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Willingness to train and mentor team members.
• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license as you will be required to drive from site to site.
