The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.
Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and perform structural observations
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports
- Draft and model structural elements in Revit
- Perform structural analysis and modeling using SAP
2000 - Conduct structural design and calculations using Tekla Tedds
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (with emphasis in structures)
- Completed courses in:
Concrete, Steel, or Masonry Design
- Full time in person position; non-remote or hybrid
- Role is based in Las Vegas, NV. Will require candidate to live in, or relocate to Las Vegas.
