Project Manager – Public Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team.

This position requires 40 hours per week in our Las Vegas office (this job is not remote).

• Work independently on large projects and/or assist other civil engineers as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Perform engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and produce cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure projects, permitting and alternative analysis.
• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects from initial conception to final completion.
• Monitor compliance of projects to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to and performance standards are met.
• Work in a team environment with studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction.
• Provide technical direction to a team to complete design tasks and elements.

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• PE license preferred (not required).
• Minimum of eight years of experience in public infrastructure design and construction‑related engineering services with at least two years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in the public infrastructure field.
• Experience with construction‑related engineering services, including reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, issuing engineer directives, etc.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong online team collaboration skills.
