Responsibilities- Teach primarily in the Educational Policy and Leadership Program of the Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education department.
- Engage in graduate-level online and face-to-face teaching and in advising and mentoring graduate students.
- Teach and advise in the M.Ed. in Educational Policy and Leadership (leading to Nevada School Administrator and Program Administrator Endorsements) and in the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
- Engage with school and community partners; some travel throughout Nevada may be required.
- Fulfill a 4/4 teaching load plus service and mentorship activities; course reassignment may occur depending on workload.
- Minimum: Earned doctorate in Educational Leadership or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Credentials must be obtained before the start date.
- Preferred: Experience as a PK-12 site-based school administrator and/or PK-12 district/organizational-level administrator; demonstrated excellence in teaching graduate students in educational leadership; experience developing curriculum aligned with administrator licensure/endorsement; experience developing or implementing field experiences for school administrators; commitment to working with diverse student populations.

SalaryStarting salary is $72,000.
