As a Teacher in the Champions program, you will support hardworking families and elementary‑aged kids during out‑of‑school time on school grounds. You will partner with administrators to bring our programs into their district and mentor students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum consistently with each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success; work with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task in multiple situations.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  
  Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to maintain posture for low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear clearly to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
