Curriculum Developer & Training Specialist

Our client is a leading gaming manufacturing company in Las Vegas, known for designing and producing innovative gaming solutions used around the world.

They are hiring a Curriculum Developer and Training Specialist to lead and deliver training initiatives for their North American team. This role is ideal for someone who can build strong learning content, manage multiple projects, and deliver engaging training both in-person and virtually.

What you will do

• Develop, design, and update training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Blackboard, and other LMS platforms
• Create engaging e-learning modules, instructional videos, and instructor-led presentations aligned to business goals
• Manage multiple training projects at once while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences
• Measure training impact using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, then improve content accordingly
• Partner with subject matter experts to shape training content to clear learning objectives
• Maintain documentation for training activity, learner progress, and course materials
• Stay current on training, instructional design, and digital learning trends and tools

What they are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred (certifications a plus)
• Proven training and development experience with a strong instructional design foundation
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Blackboard, and LMS tools
• Strong writing skills for clear, practical instructional content
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Confident communicator and facilitator with engaging presentation skills
• Ability to adapt training to different audiences and learning styles
