You'll serve as the driving force, the mentor, and the tactical planner for our Guides—the frontline learning facilitators who go beyond traditional teaching to truly inspire. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Coaching and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to maximize student participation and success
• Personally coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising expectations – when our passing standard is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that benchmark
• Conducting dull training sessions – you ll develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, and energizing professional development

• Hold a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and support ongoing improvement.
• Available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Salary: $150,000 annual with weekly pay. Health benefits start day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth options. Relocation assistance provided.

Working with us:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $75 USD/hour, equating to $150,000 USD/year with 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
