The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Compliance Nutrition Graduate Assistant
. The Department of Athletics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas is accepting applications for a Compliance Nutrition Graduate Assistant position. The UNLV Compliance Graduate Assistant position will be assigned to Performance Nutrition from August 2026–May 2027. This Graduate Assistant position will assist the Performance Nutrition Department in an operational capacity as we feed 400+ student athletes in the Rebel Training Table and Rebel Fueling Station locations.

This Graduate Assistant Position aims to further the development of young professionals in collegiate athletics into future employees and leaders in the field through mentored opportunities along with dedicated assignments.

• Assist the Performance Nutrition Department in an operational capacity to feed 400+ student athletes in the Rebel Training Table and Rebel Fueling Station locations.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and eligibility for appointment per the requirements in the UNLV Graduate Assistant Handbook (can be found at https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).). Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.

• Appropriate training and adherence to common regulatory requirements of healthcare providers (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
